Having a Gas

The nation’s largest propane company was looking to revamp its customer referral program in an effort to expand its customer base. The existing program was not producing desired results, and the company wanted to implement a new, innovative campaign to drive success.

What we did

We took a 360-degree approach to creating a full-scale, integrated marketing campaign designed to improve the AmeriGas referral program on every level. It includes a rebranded micro-site, email template, post cards, and targeted social campaign to convey the central theme: Trust AmeriGas. The program’s success in ongoing.

We produced AmeriGas “Drive to Delight” video as a branded documentary about AmeriGas’ employees and their dedication to the highest level of customer service. As a national brand, AmeriGas sought to highlight the human element of the company while maintaining a look and feel that matched the company’s existing marketing.

We traveled to 14 different locations over four days and shot 18 separate interviews with AmeriGas employees who talked about their passion for customer service and their drive to leave AmeriGas’ consumers delighted with their experience. The result was a highly effective spot that displayed the best that AmeriGas had to offer and did so with exceptional quality.
